  1. Full payment is required before dispatch, which includes a one-time shipping fee. All items will be thoroughly inspected, tested, and recorded to ensure their integrity and quality before shipment.
  2. In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged during transit within 7 working days of delivery, we will process a full refund after a thorough evaluation based on the submitted supporting information.
  3. Please note that all items in our store are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. As such, unless there is a quality or transportation-related issue, all sales are final, and we are unable to accommodate requests for refunds or exchanges.
